I had a wonderful time at this property last summer. Anna and her team are lovely people and it is such a quiet and peaceful place with beautiful nature. Perfect to take some time off from the big city buzz. Highly recommend!
We have just spent 3 nights for the Immaculate Conception at the Agriturismo Gioie di Campagna. The farmhouse is located about 10 minutes by car from Fabriano and is surrounded by greenery. We stayed in the Calcedonio room, ideal for two people and with suitable heating. We appreciated the tranquility, the kindness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast (note of honor to the gluten-free cake) and the superb dinner (always gluten-free). The eco approach with dispensers in the bathroom was also appreciated. The only flaw concerns the wifi available only in the breakfast/restaurant area, but it is a detail that can be overlooked in the face of such beauty.
Nice location and easy to reach. The staff very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean although the furnishings could use some updating.
Beautiful farmhouse immersed in the Marche countryside, very close to the Frasassi caves. But then there isn't much in the surrounding area. It is ideal for those who want to relax.
The rooms could be slightly improved, in ours there was no TV, I don't know if the others have one.
The food is very good, for breakfast there is a buffet part (I expected more) and products on request, I requested the jam they produce but it was finished, too bad!

We stayed over the weekend, we had a really good time, super friendly welcome, delicious and plentiful breakfast, we had dinner at the farmhouse, homemade pasta, homemade bread, all really good and well organised, beautiful view.
I add very attentive to the environment, 0 plastic, water in glass and soaps in the dispenser.

Friendly staff, excellent area in the countryside for relaxing, nice and clean rooms, at least Wi-Fi should be added, good breakfast, little choice at the buffet especially if you arrive after 9, fruit, yoghurt and jams all have to be asked for, too bad don't have them in the buffet, good dinner, excellent cured meats and cheeses, good tagliatella with meat sauce and grilled meat. The gift in the room of herbal tea and mini body cream was nice! In short, recommended but it can improve because it has potential!

We stayed at the farmhouse for just one night, also taking advantage of the hotel service and we left truly satisfied, simple and genuine cuisine, informal and kind service, spacious and comfortable rooms, the external environment is well-kept and full of services. We will bring a nice memory, we recommend the structure!
